Precision Energy and Technology (PET) was founded in November 2005 as an alternative energy and Engineering company located in the Dayton Ohio area. The company began its operations in the Proton Exchange Membrane (PEM) fuel cell industry. The company has expanded into manufacturing  components and automated assembly machinery for fuel cells -PEM, SOFC, PAFC, SOFC, etc. The company also provides Process Development and engineering to move alternative energy products from the Laboratory to the production line. The company is veteran-owned, minority-owned small business.

Mr. Willis is a seasoned business professional with over 30 years experience and 20 years in executive management. His background includes aerospace, food, food equipment, controls, semiconductor, automatic for automotive , medical, and consumer goods, Finally, his recent indoctrination  into alternative energy has expanded his background into fuel cells, batteries electrodes, and solar cell construction.

Mr. Willis has a BSME from Ohio State University, a Masters in Engineering Management , and is a Licensed Professional Engineer in Ohio.
